Coach Your Way is a program that offers rookie coaches the opportunity to learn what coaching is about in a very safe environment.
For you as a player, this is an opportunity to develop yourself as a player, so you can get a greater understanding of a coaches role, whilst also encouraging you to get involved in coaching in your own way.
This program is all about coaching your own way, challenging the traditional idea of a coach, we want to provide more opportunities for Women and Girls in Coaching.
