Cancellations or changes must be submitted via email to travel@simplygetaways.net We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.Travel insurance is not included in your trip package but is highly recommended. To protect your investment against unexpected events like cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays, we strongly encourage purchasing Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance. This option provides the most flexibility and peace of mind.For best coverage, CFAR insurance should be purchased immediately after your initial deposit.You are responsible for securing your own policy and reviewing all coverage details. Simply Getaways and Events is not responsible for any losses resulting from a lack of insurance coverage. All payments made to Simply Getaways and Events are nonrefundable and all cancellations are processed through the cruise line based on their cancellation policy. Gratuities are additional and are automatically added to your stateroom account during your voyage:

$22.00 per person, per night for staterooms + $15.00 per person, per night fuel supplement

Pregnant Guests:

Pregnant guests who enter the 24th week of pregnancy before or at any time during the cruise will not be allowed to sail. Pregnant guests who will not enter the 24th week before or at any time during the cruise must bring a letter from their attending physician certifying that their gestational status is in accordance with this policy and that the expecting mother is fit to sail.

Age Restrictions:

The lead passenger must be at least 18 years old.
