RDS 2026 Annual Meeting Abstract Submission Form

Submission deadline: September 4, 2026
We invite you to submit one or more abstracts for consideration to be presented at the RDS 2026 Annual Meeting!

Physical posters will be displayed at the meeting; there will be opportunities during breaks to discuss your work with attendees.

To be eligible, abstracts:
- Must represent original work or meaningful updates to previously presented work.
- Must not have been published as a full manuscript in a peer-reviewed journal before the abstract submission deadline.
- May have been presented at another scientific meeting.
- Must not contain copyrighted material without appropriate permission.
- Are limited to 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and disclosures).
- Must be submitted by the deadline—September 4, 2026.
The presenting author must attend in person to discuss their research. The presenting author should generally be the first author, although a co-author may present if necessary.
