Please complete this questionnaire and press submit at the bottom of the form. On receipt of the completed questionnaire the Mandjar Markets Committee will forward an agreement for you to sign and return. You will be added to our approved list of entertainers for the 2026/2027 season. 

You will be contacted regarding available dates in due course.

• Please note that it is a strict requirement that you must have in place your own Public Liability Policy with a minimum of $10 million cover in the entertainers name.
• Please attach a PDF copy of your current Public Liability Insurance prior to your first booking, you will need to be covered for each performance throughout the season.

Cancellation Terms:

Either the performer or Mandjar Markets may provide notice of cancellation at least 14 days in advance, except in cases where cancellation is necessitated by a severe weather warning, inclement weather, or Force Majeure. Under these circumstances no cancellation fee will be paid.

 Extreme Weather Policy:

 The market may be cancelled if The Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) issues the following: - 

·         a severe weather warning and or gale force winds warning or,

·         a heat wave warning or,

·         an extreme heat warning 

If cancellation is necessary you will be notified prior to market day whenever possible. 

In cases of forecasted rain or wind, the committee will assess conditions at the foreshore at 6am on market day.  If deemed unsafe, the market will be cancelled, you will be informed by phone or text and no cancellation fee will be paid.

Terms & Conditions

1.     The performer will be paid by electronic transfer within 7 days on receipt of a valid tax invoice.

2.     The performer must notify the Mandjar Markets Committee of any performance cancellation at least 14 days in advance.

3.     The performer and associates must act appropriately towards the Mandjar Markets committee, stallholders and the public.

4.     The performer agrees to keep music at a low volume and follow any volume directions given by a Mandjar Markets Committee member. Failure to maintain the required volume, or any conduct deemed inappropriate, may result in termination of this agreement and may affect payment.

5.     Explicit language in music is prohibited.

6.     Follow all instructions from the Mandjar Markets committee regarding noise level, security, safety, emergencies, police liaison, and crowd control.

7.     Electrical equipment must be tagged and labeled and must be current on the day of performance.

8.     The performer must ensure that their public liability insurance is valid and up to date for all performances at the Mandjar Markets.

9.     Busking is not allowed if being paid by Mandjar Markets Association Inc.

10.     If busking and not being paid by Mandjar Markets Association Inc., ensure you have valid licenses and comply with City of Mandurah conditions, presenting licenses as requested.
