    PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH THE VOLUNTEERS OF YOUR ORGANIZATION

     

     Welcome Pride Winston- Salem Food Trucks!

     

    This is information that will help you on the day of our event to get settled in the festival area.

     

    Festival opens at 10am- Trade Street – Between and 5th & 7th Streets.

    The parade will start at 11am on 4th Street.

     

    Food Truck Setup Times:

    Streets will be closed to vehicular traffic at 8:45am.**

     

    Food Trucks Load In Time Is 7:45am - 8:30am –

    ALL food trucks will be located on Liberty Street*

     

    *Truck spaces are not assigned -they are first come, first served. 

    PWS does not guarantee spots or  location in the food area.

     

     A PWS volunteer at the direction of the Vendor Chair will make ALL space assignments at the time of arrival. 

    We strongly encourage early arrival for set up.

     

    All Food Truck Vendors with Trucks and Trailors must disconnect the vehicle and move it out of the Food Truck Vendor Area

     

    **No Electrical or Water service available in the festival or food truck areas.

     

    Directions to the Festival are included in this packet.

    Pride WS does not supply tents, tables or chairs. 

    Electrical and water hook ups are not available.

     Pride WS asks that your booth space be left clean and all unused material discarded at the conclusion of the festival.

     There will be no vehicle access to Trade Street after 8:45am.

    Trade and adjoining streets

    will not re-open to vehicular traffic until

    the Winston Salem Police Department deems it safe.

     

    Festival Area is open from 10a – 5:00p; if you need to leave prior to the end of the festival you will have to do so on foot.    

     

    New parking rules have been implemented. 

    Please check signage in your area for compliance.

    Liberty Street is now a 2 way street. Load ins will be from 7th Street.

    **Parking

    o   Public Parking Deck entrances are located on 6th and also Cherry Street.

     

    o   Downtown Middle school lot is available on weekends- right onto Cherry St and it will be immediately on the right. 

    There is also a lot on left side of Cherry St as well. 

     

    o   Surface street parking is available along the perimeter of the festival

     

    o   Handicap parking is available on the lower deck of the 6th Street parking garage.  Entrance to the parking deck is on Cherry and 6th Streets.

     

    Thank you for your participation in our Pride Festival. 

    If you should have any questions during the event, please see a Pride volunteer or stop by our information booth at the intersections of 6th and Trade Street.


     

    2026 PRIDE Winston-Salem

    Vendor Terms and Conditions

     

    PRIDE Vendors agrees to each, and all clauses set forth in this agreement. Failure by the Vendor to abide by any clauses set forth in this agreement gives PRIDE Winston-Salem (hereinafter known as PRIDE WS) and/or authorized agents of PRIDE WS the right to (1) immediately terminate this agreement and (2) require Vendor, immediately upon notice of this agreement, to cease operations and vacate the premises, and (3) forfeit any and all fees paid to PRIDE WS for the right and privilege of participating as a Pride Vendor for the 2026 PRIDE Winston-Salem Festival. No clauses of this agreement may be changed or altered without the written, signed permission of PRIDE WS.    PRIDE WS agrees to provide each Vendor or Organization with a 10x10 space in the Festival area.  Pride WS does not provide tents, tables or chairs to festival participants.  Tents cannot be larger than 10x10 unless your organization is renting 2 or more vendor spaces. Event Sponsors may receive larger spaces based on separate agreement.

    1. Food Truck Vendors agree to arrive no later than 8:45am the day of the Festival and remove booths and items by 6:00pm.
    2.  Vendors and Organizations shall not share, sublet or give their assigned booth spaces to any other vendors, organizations or individuals. Non-Profit Vendors may not allow For-Profit Vendors to use their assigned booths.
    3. Information and items of a graphic sexual nature is illegal and cannot be distributed. Items with nudity, indecency or conduct inappropriate for all audiences will not be allowed.
    4.  PRIDE WS cannot guarantee the weather, the number of visitors to the Festival or otherwise assure against acts of God, acts of terrorism or government intervention. No refunds will be given in the event of weather, low attendance or natural or man-made disasters. There is no rain date planned and the Pride Festival will take place in the event of rain.
    5. Please be courteous of your neighboring Vendors. Noise and/or amplified sound, smoke (including cigarette smoke) or visual displays shall not interfere with other Vendors or Organizations or with the enjoyment of the attendees at the festival.
    6. Food Vendors will be assigned a vendor spot within the food truck area.  Generators are not permitted in the non food festival zone.
    7. Vendors and Organizations agree to clean up their booth area after the end of the Festival.
    8. Vendors and Organizations will be notified via email to confirm application and day of requirements via electronic form to be accepted.
    9. Vendors and Organizations may view the map of Festival foot print at pridews.org - 
    10. .  Map will NOT include individual vendor locations.  Vendors will be directed to assigned locations at check in the morning of the event.  Locations are determined at the discretion of the PWS Vendor Committee.
    11.  Vendors and Organizations shall not sell or offer any items imprinted or marked with any logos, words or combination of words “PRIDE Winston-Salem, PRIDE WS without the express written permission of the PRIDE WS committee.
    12.  Vendors are responsible for all sales taxes, licenses and insurance as required by law.
    13.  Cancellation/Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be given with written request received by May 1, 2026. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2026.
    14. Vendors and Organizations agree to hold PRIDE WS and the City of Winston-Salem harmless from all liability related to loss, damage or injury to persons or property in any manner arising out of the performance of this agreement, whether resulting from negligence or not.  
    15. PWS approved vendors are permitted to roam festival zone to distribute material directly related to their approved vendor application.
    16.  Distribution of material by parties that have not completed a Vendor Application and paid the required fee are prohibited.
    17. PWS partners with local authorities in order to bring you a safe family-oriented festival atmosphere.  PWS requests that vendors and their agents do not engage participants of organized gatherings.  PWS volunteers and WSPD will monitor and control any such gatherings.

    Take Interstate 40W to Business 40W Exit 5B Broad Street (Downtown) Turn Right on Broad Street

    If you are driving a vehicle in the parade or need Handicapped Accessibility
    *Turn Right on 4th Street and Registration will be on the right side.

    If you need to park for the parade
    *Parking is available on the street and at Wells Fargo Employee Lot A (LEFT on 4 ½ Street) or Wells Fargo Employee Lot B (LEFT on Pilot View Street)

    If you plan to enter the festival area directly after the parade
    you may wish to take a right on 4 ½ Street from Broad and park in the city deck at Poplar and 4 ½ Street. 

     

    Directions from Statesville:
    Take Interstate 40E to Business 40E Exit 5B Broad Street (Downtown) Right turn on Broad Street

    If you are driving a vehicle in the parade or need Handicapped Accessibility
    *Turn Right on 4th Street and Registration will be on the right side.

    If you need to park for the parade
    *Parking is available on the street and at Wells Fargo Employee Lot A (LEFT on 4 ½ Street) or Wells Fargo Employee Lot B (LEFT on Pilot View Street)

    If you plan to enter the festival area directly after the parade
    you may wish to take a right on 4 ½ Street from Broad and park in the city deck at Poplar and 4 ½ Street.

     

     

    Please observe and obey parking signs

    in the Winston-Salem downtown area.
