  • Important Instructions

    You must read these instructions before completing your maintenance request. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

     

    • All maintenance requests must be submitted in writing using this form or by email, unless the repair is urgent

    • Maintenance issues should be reported as soon as they are identified. Tenants must not wait until a routine inspection to report maintenance

    • If the request relates to an appliance, you must provide the make and model number

    • Photographs must be provided wherever possible

    • Please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue, including the location of the fault, symptoms, when the issue commenced and any troubleshooting already undertaken

    • If the reported fault is found to be the result of tenant damage, misuse, neglect, failure to follow operating instructions, or where no fault is found, the tenant may be responsible for all associated contractor costs, call-out fees and repair charges
