Please complete one form per student. Once your form is received, an order total and payment link will be provided, and must be received before production begins. Custom embroidered items are non-refundable. Turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks after the order window closes and payment is received. Final item appearance may vary slightly based on vendor availability.

Each grade level has different uniform options, so please scroll to the correct grade section for your student and complete that page in full. This helps ensure all sizes, quantities, and required details are submitted correctly.
