Terms and Conditions of Registration.
Fees and Payment
Payment Deadline: All class fees must be paid four weeks before the start of the term. Failure to pay on time will result in the student's space being offered to others.
Class Cancellations: If the school does not receive a student's fees, and as a result, there are not enough students in that class, it may lead to the class being cancelled.
Attendance
Attendance Policy: If a pupil misses three lessons consecutively without notifying us of a valid reason, their space may be offered to another student.
Dress Code
Uniform Requirement: All students are required to wear the correct ballet uniform. Hair must be styled neatly in a ballet bun or similarly, depending on hair type, to maintain a tidy appearance.
Missed Classes:No refunds will be provided for missed classes.
Behaviour: Pupils will be asked to leave without notice for any serious breach of the school’s terms and conditions or for any other serious misconduct, and no refunds will be given.
Damages: HSRB do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to property left on the premises.
Parental responsibility: HSRB endeavour to ensure that your children are dancing in a safe and comfortable environment. We ask you to bring and collect your child promptly, and provide us with written details of changes in drop off/pick up arrangements, special medical needs etc.
Arrival time: Please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the class.
Anyone attending later than ten minutes after the start time will not be permitted entry to the class for their own safety, and for the safety of, and to preserve the enjoyment of, other attendees.
Health and wellbeing: Before taking part in any of our classes you must ensure that your child is wearing suitable clothing including footwear and they are free from injury and in good health. If they are recently returning from injury or illness you must speak to a health professional prior to starting any dance class.
Exams: We reserve the right to decide when students are entered for exams.
