    For Lost Claims

    A copy of the original purchase invoice/receipt showing the value of the goods. (Please note, a pro forma invoice is not accepted.)
    Confirmation that you have liaised with the Norsk Customer Service Team and that the shipment has been declared lost.

    For Damaged Claims

    Photographic evidence of damaged goods on arrival.
    Photographic evidence of inner and outer packaging on arrival.
    A copy of the original purchase invoice/receipt showing the value of the goods when purchased. (Please note, a pro forma invoice is not accepted.)

    Terms and Conditions
    Claims must be received within 14 days of the date upon which the Customer became or should have become aware of any event or occurrence alleged to give rise to such claim.

    If resolved under limited liability, uninsured goods transiting through our network, as per our Terms & Conditions, will be compensated in the form of a credit note to your account.

    Norsk's limited liability for uninsured goods transiting through our network, as per our Terms & Conditions, will be the lesser of:

    a) the value of any consignments lost or damaged
    b) $100 per consignment
    c) $10 per kilo of gross weight
    d) where the Customer has agreed that the Consignment may be delivered by International Mail Service, the amounts recovered from the applicable national postal service provider

    By submitting this claim, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any incorrect or misleading information may result in your claim being rejected.
