This signup is for the test date 6/27/2026. This test will be immediately following our group walk.
The Canine Good Citizen Test is a 10 step evaluation of the dogs manners and obedience. In order to pass, your dog must pass all 10 items. No Ecollars or Prong collars are permitted during the test.
Accepting a friendly stranger
Sitting politely for petting
Appearance and grooming
Walking on a loose leash
Walking through a crowd
Sit, down, and stay on cue
Coming when called
Reaction to another dog
Supervised separation (3 minutes)
Handling distractions such as noises or movement
Practice Tests and spectators are free. The evaluator fee is $20, Cash is preferred.
