Once you select Submit, you will be directed to the SDCS PTO Venmo page (@sdcs-pto) for payment. If you are NOT paying with Venmo, please just exit the Venmo page.

For those paying with Venmo, please add a note stating that the payment is for the Kona Ice Yearly Pass as well as the names of the students receiving the passes.

For those paying with check, please make checks payable to SDCS PTO and add a note at the bottom left for Kona Ice Yearly Pass along with the students' last names.
