Thank you for nominating a colleague or yourself for the Excellence in Cancer Patient Education award.

The Excellence in Cancer Patient Education award recognizes any group or individual who has significantly contributed to cancer patient education. This award recognizes creative approaches to developing and/or disseminating patient education that demonstrates health literacy best practices.

Instructions

For your nomination, please complete the following information by Monday, 3 August 2026. To be competitive, nominations should include clear evidence of the work and evidence of effectiveness or impact. Nominations that describe the work but do not provide evidence of implementation, use, effectiveness, or impact may be considered less competitive. To review the full criteria, visit the AACE website.

This award includes one complimentary registration to ICEC2026 and a crystal award. If the award goes to a group, one person from the group will receive the free registration. Awards will be presented at AACE Awards Celebration during ICEC2026 in Cleveland, OH, USA on Thursday, 22 October 2026.
