This forum has been intentionally designed as a small, interdisciplinary, and discussion-based academic experience. Limited to a select group of clinicians from complementary specialties, the programme emphasizes case-based dialogue, diagnostic reasoning, and collaborative exchange in an intimate setting that encourages thoughtful conversation and professional reflection.
Over three mornings, participants will engage in structured discussions centred on complex clinical cases involving migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, temporomandibular disorders, and other challenging orofacial pain conditions. Rather than formal lectures, the forum is built around active participation, the sharing of perspectives, and the collective exploration of diagnostic and management approaches across disciplines.
To maintain a balanced interdisciplinary group and an optimal discussion environment, registration requests are reviewed prior to acceptance. Current participating and invited perspectives include Neurology, Neuroradiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Pain Medicine, Dentistry, and related disciplines.
Early-Bird Registration Fee: USD $1,600
The registration fee includes:
• Participation in the academic programme
• Three mornings of facilitated interdisciplinary discussion sessions
• Refreshment breaks during programme hours
• Programme materials
• On-site coordination and participant support throughout the forum.
The registration fee does not include:
• Airfare
• Accommodation
• Airport transfers
• Personal expenses

Optional Social Programme
The optional social programme has been selected to complement the academic experience and provide opportunities for informal discussion and collegial exchange outside the meeting room.
Private Chef's Table at Fogón Asado

Participants may join a private dining experience at Fogón Asado, one of Buenos Aires' most acclaimed gastronomic destinations. The evening features a multi-course chef's tasting menu centred on traditional Argentine asado, presented in an intimate chef's table setting where guests interact directly with the culinary team throughout the evening.
Estimated cost:
• USD $320 per person based on 10 participants
• USD $230 per person based on 14 participants (maximum capacity)
Gratuity is not included.
Rojo Tango at Faena Hotel Buenos Aires

Participants may attend Rojo Tango, an intimate cabaret-style tango performance presented within the Faena Hotel Buenos Aires. Widely regarded as one of the city's most elegant tango experiences, the production combines live music, professional dancers, and vocal performances in a setting inspired by the glamour of early twentieth-century Buenos Aires.
The performance includes:
• Live orchestra featuring piano, double bass, violin, and two bandoneons
• Two vocalists (one male and one female)
• Six professional tango couples
• Performance duration of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes
Round-trip transfers between the hotel and venue are included.
