by signing this form, I authorize the use of any photos or videos to promote the festival. Festival shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Judges' decisions are final. Scores will not be given back to contestant. If I am a winner, I will be available to attend the Festival on Saturday, Sept. 19 with crown and sash, for additional publicity and photo ops.
Crowning will be after every two categories. Attire is pageant dress.
Awards for Queen, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Runner Up, Photogenic, Best Dressed, Prettiest Hair, Best Personality) Turn in photogenic photo (no larger than 8 x 10 with name on back of photo) on pageant day.
Dressing Rooms will be available for contestants at noon.
Admission $10.00 per person. Children under age of 5 admitted free. Doors open to public at 1:00 p.m.
