  • Badge Scanning Policy

    I understand that choosing to allow my badge to be scanned by the organiser/owner, exhibitor, sponsor or for a seminar session when at the event, I will be providing them with my personal data. In addition, if I allow my badge to be scanned into the co-located exhibition then my data will be shared with that event organiser. I consent to this personal data being used to contact me about their products or services and understand that the organiser/owner, exhibitor, sponsor may transfer this data outside of the European Union for these purposes and I consent to such transfer of my data. I also understand and agree that my personal data may be held and used by the organiser of this event. Automate UK (PPMA Ltd), and any third-party hosting provider acting on its behalf, in order to run the event and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors.

    I understand that my badge will be scanned at the main entrance to the event upon my arrival. This scan of my badge is for analytical and health and safety purposes. No data is transferred to any other parties, unles I allow my badge to be scanned into any of the co-located exhibitions and then my name and contact information will be shared with that event organiser.
