Please upload one (1) required letter of support, with the option to include a second if it highlights a completely different area of the nominee's impact (Maximum: 2 letters total). To ensure an equitable review, these letters must specifically provide evidence for our core scoring criteria (including the nominee's leadership trajectory, long-term community impact, and alignment with the YWCA mission). Following our updated 2026 evaluation standards, the Selection Committee scores candidates strictly on the documented merits provided within this application packet. We highly recommend having the letter of support written by someone other than the primary nominator (such as a colleague, volunteer partner, or community member) who is personally familiar with the nominee’s work.
