By submission of this entry I hereby acknowledge that I meet the criteria to compete in the classes entered according to the guidelines set forth in the NRCHA rulebook.
I hereby release the Alberta Reined Cow Horse Association and Calnash Ag Event Centre, their officers, members. agents. employees, representatives or any of them, of and from claims, demands, actions or cause of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether now known or ascertained, or which may hereafter develop or accrue in favour of myself, my heirs, representatives or dependents, on account of, or by reason of injury, loss or damage, which may be suffered by me or default whatsoever, and I hereby assume and accept the full risk of danger of any hurt, injury, or damage which may occur through or by any reason or matter, thing or condition, negligence or default, or any person whatsoever.
SCRATCHES: If an entry is scratched on or before midnight June 18th, any prepaid fees will be returned and/or the entrant will not be responsible for fees. After June 18th, contestant will be charged the add back and half of the office/cattle charge. After June 23rd at noon, any scratched entries will be responsible for all fees and as per NRCHA Rules will remain listed on the posted draws. Vet certificates do not effect the scratch policies/fees.
HORSE SHOW LATE FEES: $75 Late Fee / Class for entries received after midnight on Entry Deadline, up until draw date June 23 9 am. Late entries will be accepted on a discretionary basis after cattle order, with late fee.
CGH LATE FEES: $250 Late Fee up until draw date June 23 9 am. No late entries will be accepted after the draw.
BACK NUMBERS/PAYMENTS: CGH / Summer Spectacular WILL use back numbers. Method of payment (blank cheque / CC on file / etransfer) must be recieved in the office prior to releasing back number to any exhibitor.
