Healed Girl Summer: Dating Edition
Facilitators: Victoria Rodriguez, LCSW-C & Jenn Hermann, LCPC
- Dates: July 9 – August 20 (skipping August 13)
- Day/Time: Thursdays | 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Age Group: 18+
This group helps women build healthier dating habits and relationships by exploring:
- Attachment styles and dating patterns
- Healthy vs. unhealthy relationship dynamics
- Boundaries and communication skills
- Self-worth and emotional wellness
- Practical dating and conflict-resolution skills
Social Skills for Individuals with Psychosis
Facilitator: Amber Yoegel, LCPC
- Dates: July 23 - August 27
- Day/Time: Thursdays | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Age Group: 18+
- Target Audience: Limited to those with a psychotic disorder
Designed to help participants:
- Improve communication and conversation skills
- Build social confidence
- Develop healthy friendships and boundaries
- Learn conflict resolution and emotional regulation
- Strengthen community and interpersonal functioning
Parenting / Mom’s Support Group
Facilitators: Ann Klingler, LCSW-C & Tina Haje, LCPC
- Dates: June 30 - August 18
- Day/Time: Tuesdays | 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- Age Group: 18+
A supportive group for parents and caregivers focused on:
- Managing stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression
- Building healthy coping strategies
- Practicing self-care and self-compassion
- Improving communication and work-life balance
- Reducing isolation through peer support
Relapse Prevention & Sobriety Group
Facilitators: Emily Stanley, LCPC & Mike Alksnis, LCSW-C
- Dates: June 30 – August 11
- Day/Time: Tuesdays | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Age Group: 18+
This recovery-focused group helps participants:
- Understand the connection between mental health and substance use
- Manage triggers, cravings, and stress
- Build emotional regulation skills
- Strengthen healthy relationships and boundaries
- Create relapse prevention and wellness plans
Body Doubling Group
Facilitator: Beth Manning, LMSW
- Dates: July 14 – September 1
- Day/Time: Tuesdays | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- Age Group: 16+
An 8-week group designed for individuals struggling with low motivation and depression. Participants will:
- Learn how body doubling can improve productivity
- Set SMART goals
- Receive support with task completion
- Participate in guided work sessions during group
Participants should have access to a laptop or phone during sessions.
Teen Group: Finding Your Calm – Coping Skills for Anxiety
Facilitator: Holly Dunn, LCSW-C
- Dates: July 13 – August 17
- Day/Time: Mondays | 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Age Group: 13–16
This teen-focused group helps participants:
- Understand anxiety and emotional triggers
- Learn coping and grounding skills
- Improve emotional regulation and confidence
- Build communication and problem-solving skills
- Create a personalized anxiety-management plan
Women’s Group: Beyond the Mirror
Building Self-Esteem & Positive Body Image
Facilitator: Holly Dunn, LCSW-C
- Dates: July 27 – August 31
- Day/Time: Mondays | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Age Group: 18+
This group focuses on:
- Improving self-esteem and self-awareness
- Challenging negative self-talk
- Developing healthier body image and self-acceptance
- Building confidence and healthy boundaries
- Promoting long-term emotional wellness and resilience
Digital Media & Mental Health Group
Facilitators: Sam Kane-Gerard, LGPC & Brad Bachman, LCSW-C
- Dates: June 24th - August 19th
- Day/Time: Wednesdays | 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
- Age Group: 18 - 25
This group explores the impact of technology and social media on mental health, including:
- Managing screen time and digital overwhelm
- Reducing social comparison and stress
- Building healthier technology habits
- Strengthening communication and boundaries online
- Creating a balanced digital wellness plan
