ESTHER FUNDS FOUNDATION — AMBASSADOR CODE OF CONDUCT
Please read each item and write your initials in the space provided.
INITIALS 1. I will represent Esther Funds Foundation (EFF) and the REACH program with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
INITIALS 2. I will distribute 100% of the care packages I receive to eligible students, and will never sell, trade, or keep packages for personal gain.
INITIALS 3. I will treat every recipient with dignity and respect, without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or background.
INITIALS 4. I will protect the privacy and confidentiality of all students I serve, and will only collect or share recipient information as authorized by EFF.
INITIALS 5. I will obtain consent before photographing individuals and will use photos/videos only for approved REACH impact storytelling.
INITIALS 6. I will communicate in a timely manner with EFF and submit my distribution recap (count + photos) after each round.
INITIALS 7. I will follow all applicable laws and my school's campus policies while carrying out ambassador duties.
INITIALS 8. I understand this is a volunteer position, that I do not speak on behalf of EFF without authorization, and that EFF may end my ambassadorship if this code is not upheld.
