Welcome to Al-Mustafa School Registration - Round 2!
We appreciate your interest in Al-Mustafa School's educational program for the academic year 2026-27. We provide a holistic learning program led by highly valued, learned, and nurturing educators supported by parents actively engaged in parenting and insightful child upbringing.
We are honored by your consideration, and likewise wish to engage with you in a clear, compassionate, and collaborative way to process your request to consider your child(ren) for registration at Al-Mustafa School.
We provide a transparent registration process that is in line with accepting the responsibility of educating your child based on your primary support, understanding, and active participation in assisting your child to grow holistically, while providing support to your family with means at our disposal.
Our School program follows the BC curriculum as a foundation, with increased enrichment based on student capabilities all the while differentiating learning for diverse learners, meanwhile grounding all approaches to learning in Islamic principles, values and lifestyle choices to build strong Islamic identity.
Our Primary program provides strong grounding in literacy and numeracy, alongside strong social-emotional learning, nurturing of executive functioning skills and a strong religious studies component with an emphasis on nurturing Islamic culture.
Our Intermediate program seeks to build on those foundations by learning enrichment in languages, STEM, aesthetics, social awareness and personal development with enhanced competency building in the core and curricular areas, with a strongly inspiring and motivating religious component.
Our Middle school program seeks to prepare our students for the world of adulthood by a providing supportive learning anchored in life skills and immersed in authentic Islamic identity building to provide a grounding for the future.
Registrations will entail 5 mandatory steps until your child's spot is confirmed and held for next year. Kindly pay close attention to the details below.
STEP 1 - Pre-registration form and fees (completely filled out with accuracy) - this form - set up once $200 non-refundable registration fees/payment authorization is received.
STEP 2 - Orientation/Tour (Introduction to Al-Mustafa School for new families) - MONDAY June 15 at 12pm.
STEP 3- Student Assessment (to review holistic standing of the applicant)
STEP 4 - Parent Interviews (for all new families - both parents are required to attend)
STEP 5 - Receipt of all necessary documents, forms, and fees
To proceed with registration:
1 a. Please fill out a form separately for each child from the same family (each student needs one form submitted).
1 b. All prospective families need to submit the form and submit the registration fees through the office (either through credit card info or e-transfer to info@amschool.ca and share a screenshot of the non-refundable registration fees ($200) to admin@amschool.ca. Kindly ensure you mention the student's name and grade, along with the tel. contact of the parent as part of the e-transfer message)
2. The Registration form is currently available for our new families from June 8, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Families will be attended on a first-come, first-served basis, but the final decision will be on a case-by-case basis.
