Client understands that annual membership pricing is based on the selected property, service area, property size, complexity, and requested deliverables. Additional fees may apply for larger properties, waterfront properties, multi-structure properties, commercial sites, rush requests, additional videos, special requests, travel, or post-storm demand.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, annual memberships are billed once per year and are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase or activation.
Annual memberships do not automatically renew. Renewal requires Client approval before a new annual membership term begins.
Company may contact Client before the membership expiration date to offer renewal. Client is under no obligation to renew. If Client chooses to renew, the renewal rate, services included, and any updated terms must be approved by Client before the renewal takes effect.
Annual memberships do not guarantee immediate service, emergency response, post-storm access, access to restricted areas, or service completion during unsafe, restricted, or legally prohibited conditions.
Priority scheduling means Company will make reasonable efforts to prioritize Client’s service request when conditions allow. Service is always subject to FAA regulations, weather, safety conditions, property access, operator availability, and local restrictions.
