CONFERENCE PRICING: Registrations made on or before September 5, 2026 will be invoiced the early-bird conference ticket rate of $550. Registrations after September 5, 2026 will be invoiced $675. Note the early-bird rate is nonrefundable but we will allow you to substitute one of your colleagues on the registration should you be unable to attend. Excessive changes may incur a $15 charge.
MEAL TICKETS/EVENTS: Conference registration does not include meals—tickets for lunches and dinners, which include programming, must be purchased in addition to the ticket. The deadline to purchase meals is October 16, 2026.
HOTEL INFORMATION: Conference attendees have two hotel options for the 2026 MASC/MASS Joint Conference. A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore (the conference venue), and an overflow block is available at the Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel, approximately a 5–10 minute drive from the conference venue.
