  • You can choose whether you would like the player agreement to cover only the Fall 2026 season or both the Fall 2026 and Spring/Summer 2027 seasons. I normally do one season at a time, but I can include both seasons in a single agreement if you prefer.

    I will use the number of field sessions and indoor sessions based on previous years.  For the fall,  you will have 1 outdoor practice and 1 indoor/cage session per week when determining the costs. For the spring, you will have 2 outdoor practices and 1 indoor / cage


    This is just for when practice starts and ends. 
    9U - 13U – Fall 2026 Season

  • Please ensure you read this along with any future documents I send. I do send a lot of information over the season, and this will help as the season progresses.

     

    Important Information                                                                                                                         

    The following information addresses many of the most common questions from parents and coaches. All this information and additional details will be included in the Player Agreement and Coach Agreement.

     

    Practice

    Practice days and times will be determined in the last week of July.  

     

    Communication & Scheduling

    • All teams are required to use SportsEngine for communication and scheduling. Third-party apps and team text groups are not permitted.
    • SportsEngine will also be used for registration and payments.
    • Each team will have a GameChanger account. GameChanger will exclusively be used for scorekeeping and game-related functions. Team communication through GameChanger is not permitted.

     

    Coach Agreement

    • I will send the agreement within the next few days.
    • All coaches will be required to sign a Coach Agreement.
    • Coaches will provide a short Monday morning recap after weekends with tournaments.
    • Additional details will be provided later.

     

    Coach Apparel and Equipment

    • Games: All coaches are required to wear the Ninth Inning Prime apparel provided by the organization during games, including the team-issued shirt, hat, and shorts.
    • Practices: Coaches must wear Ninth Inning Prime apparel during all practices and team activities.
    • Additional apparel and merchandise will be available through the Team Store.
    • Coaches will get a dozen custom game balls in the fall.
    • Coaches will get custom lineup cards.

     

    Fundraisers                                                                                                                                           

    Prime Baseball must approve all fundraising activities conducted by individual teams or organization-wide initiatives. Fundraisers may be used to offset player fees, team expenses, and organizational costs. Prime Baseball must approve all fundraisers.

    Distribution of the fundraiser proceeds (types of fundraisers and percentages are subject to change)

    • 90% of what an individual player raises will go toward player fees.
    • 10% will be allocated directly to the scholarship fund. Also, funds will go toward the organization to help offset administrative costs.

     

    Note: If fundraising funds exceed the players’ remaining balance, the excess funds will remain with the organization and will not be refunded.

     

    Logos & Merchandise

    • The Ninth Inning Baseball and Ninth Inning Prime Baseball logos may not be used without prior written permission.
    • For logo usage requests, please contact Scott Squillace.
    • Any additional team merchandise, jerseys, apparel, equipment, or other branded items must be approved by Ninth Inning Prime Baseball before being ordered or distributed.
    • Teams may not create or order additional branded items independently without organizational approval.

     

    Organization Pitching Philosophy

    • Ninth Inning Prime Baseball follows USA Baseball and MLB Pitch Smart guidelines.
    • Player health and long-term development will always take priority over winning games.
    • Teams must also follow any pitching rules and restrictions established by the tournament organization.

     

    Social Media

    • The official Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts for Prime Baseball are @PrimeBaseballga.
    • Teams may not create separate social media accounts using the Ninth Inning Prime Baseball or Prime Baseball name, logos, branding, or likeness without written approval from the organization.

     

    Sponsorships - The form is on the Linktree link listed below.
