SWADE Youth Football Camp Volunteer Code of Conduct As a volunteer with SWADE Youth Football Camp, I understand that I am a role model for all participants. I agree to help create a safe, positive, and respectful environment for every camper. I Agree To: * Treat all campers, parents, coaches, and fellow volunteers with respect. * Be positive, encouraging, and supportive at all times. * Follow all camp rules, policies, and instructions from camp leadership. * Help provide a safe environment for all participants. * Use appropriate language and behavior. * Report any injuries, accidents, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior to camp leadership immediately. * Maintain appropriate boundaries with campers. * Work as a team with coaches, staff, and other volunteers. I Will Not: * Use profanity, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior. * Bully, harass, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. * Use physical punishment or inappropriate physical contact. * Be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while volunteering. * Leave campers unsupervised. * Share a camper’s personal information without permission. * Post photos or videos of campers on social media without camp approval. Understanding I understand that volunteering with SWADE Youth Football Camp is a privilege. Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in my removal as a volunteer.
