  • Thank you for your interest in the MasterCraft University (MCU) Internship Program at kNOw Limits Foundation.

    MCU is an unpaid, work-based learning internship for high school students ready to gain real professional experience in Construction Trades.

    This is not a classroom program — you will work alongside industry professionals, build transferable skills, and be held to the same professional standards as any new hire.

    6. I understand MCU is an unpaid work-based learning internship and I will not receive wages for participation.
    7. I understand that participation in the MasterCraft Blueprint Showcase is a required component of the MCU Internship Program. The Showcase is a professional presentation event held in May 2027 where interns present a personal Blueprint board (a trifold display documenting who they are, where they are going, and the legacy they intend to leave). Family and community will be invited. Failure to complete and present a Blueprint board may affect program completion status.
    8. I understand that if I am not currently enrolled in a CTE program, I will receive additional foundational training support during the first two weeks of the program.
