Class descriptions are as follows:
Beginner Youth - Younger and/or inexperienced riders who are on leadline or just off the lead and must be able to walk/trot. This event is for those who can’t canter yet and are learning.
Intermediate Youth - Intermediate youth are those kids under 15 with some show experience who cantering, are starting to ride well, and understand patterns to a degree.
Beginner Rider - This class is to encourage inexperienced riders who are building confidence. Beginner rider is trotting, but you can canter in spots if you wish, but you won’t be scored higher.
Beginner Horse - Beginner horse, young horse or a horse with minimal show experience. You can skip any obstacle you don't want to try, and you just can’t place in front of others who do the entire course.
Improver - You don't always have to get your lead departures correct, you can drag the log in the trail, and you must be able to run a pattern that includes cantering confidently. You do not need to be able to do flying changes.
Rookie - Riding at a level that is above the improvers, they want to try flying changes and are expected to get correct lead departures. They must drag the drag in the trail and will get penalties if you get the wrong lead. This class is for riders who have not been winning events in the show world at that level, for example, green rider or rookie classes.
Novice - All changes are to be at a fly if you don’t want a penalty, but you're welcome to not change, just you get scored accordingly. This class is for riders who have not been winning events in the show world at that level, for example, intermediate or open classes.
Open - Open to all non-pro or professionals. All correct rules apply.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have won the buckle for a class previously, you can't go in this class again.
Pricing is as follows:
2 Adult Classes = $160
1 Adult Class = $100
Youth = $65 (for youth class only)
Youth + 1 Adult Class = $100
