Registration WAITLIST

WINGS will be available on every campus after school until 6:00pm for the 2026-2027 school year. The program is open only to Savanna School District students enrolled in Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 6. Space is limited. Filling out this registration form will place your student on the waitlist for the current school year. This is NOT a placement confirmation. Once your child has been accepted into the 2026-2027 WINGS program, you will be notified via email and given access to Procare. Procare is the system that WINGS uses to help with sign-in/sign-out, parent communication, individuals authorized to pick up your child, and invoicing, and more.

If your student is new to WINGS, you will receive an email and text message invitation to complete their Procare profile. Parents with a Procare account will have access to their student once their student is accepted into the 2026–27 WINGS program.

Transportation is not available at the conclusion of the WINGS program. A parent or authorized pickup (Must be 18+ or older) is required to sign out each student at the end of the program daily. Please be prepared to present identification.

The WINGS program is partially funded by the ELOP and ASES grants. Some students may qualify to attend the program at no cost and some students may be required to pay a small fee based on grant eligibility requirements. Since a student's eligibility may change each year, we will verify every student's status prior to their start in the program.

To ensure that we comply with the requirements of our grants and to continue our program at a reduced/no cost, we ask that students are picked up no earlier than 2 hours after the end of the school day (occasional exceptions are allowed). Excessive absences or early pick ups may result in your student being unenrolled from WINGS. *Students will not experience all of the activities WINGS offers unless they attend the entire program.

The WINGS program ends promptly at 6:00pm on school days and at 5:00pm on non school days. A late pick up fee will be incurred for anyone who picks up their child/children after program ends. Students can be unenrolled due to a pattern of late pick ups.
