This free music series is open to the public at The King’s Canvas and welcomes food vendors, beverage vendors, artisans, local businesses, retail vendors, and nonprofit organizations. Being a vendor at the Levitt AMP Montgomery Music Series gives you the opportunity to share your products, services, food, artwork, or mission with a diverse public audience in a vibrant community setting. Vendors can connect with new customers, build relationships with other local businesses and organizations, increase visibility for their brand, and be part of a free community event that celebrates music, culture, creativity, and local entrepreneurship.

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup. This may include tents, tables, chairs, signage, serving equipment, product displays, and any other materials needed to operate during the event.

  • Space Preparation and Cleanup Duties

  •  Vendors are responsible for preparing and maintaining their assigned space during the event. Each vendor must arrive with enough time to complete setup before the event begins and should make sure their area is safe, organized, and ready for guests. Vendors are expected to keep their space clean throughout the event and must remove all trash, materials, equipment, and personal items once the event concludes. All vendor areas should be left in the same condition they were found. Thank you!
