Join us at the Community in Motion Health Fair on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Ennis Welcome Center, 201 NW Main Street, Ennis, TX.

We are seeking healthcare providers, community organizations, educational institutions, recruiters, local businesses, and arts, crafts, and merchandise vendors to showcase their products, services, and resources to the community.

This event will feature a mental health walk (prior to the health fair), free and low-cost health screenings, blood donations, mammogram services, yoga sessions, community resources, job awareness opportunities, vendor exhibits, attendee raffles and more.

Don't miss this opportunity to market your business, connect with potential customers, recruit talent, and support and serve community wellness.

Each vendor set up includes:

*One 8ft table and 2 chairs

*Grab and Go Breakfast until 9:45 a.m.

No more than 3 workers per business

Important Vendors Information

Application Deadline is Friday, August 21, 2026

Event begins at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2026 and ends at 1:00 p.m. Setup begins 1 hour before start time. Vendors are asked to partner by providing one (1) raffle item and marketing the event to help assist with attendance. Aft the event, each vendor is responsible for setup and tear down of their tables. If you have questions or need more information, please email uitcofennis@gmail.com or call Shirley at 469.285.4386.

Once your application has been received and approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form. Payment must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving the invoice. Payment can be made via credit card, Paypal and Cash App.

Please note: Your vendor space is not guaranteed until payment is received. Payment secures your spot at the event.

Acknowledgement: By signing this registration form, I acknowledge that all information provided is accurate and that vendor participation is subject to approval. I understand that an invoice will be sent upon approval and that payment must be received within five (5) days to secure my vendor space. I agree to comply with all event rules and requirements and release the event organizers, the City of Ennis, venue, sponsors, and affiliates from liability for any loss, damage, or injury related to my participation in the Community in Motion Health Fair.
