I release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, partners, the City of Pensacola, and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the event, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
I understand that the event is rain or shine and that schedules, attractions, contests, locations, and activities may change, be postponed, or be canceled without notice. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason.
I grant permission for the use of my image, voice, likeness, and that of any minor I am registering in photographs, videos, social media, advertising, and promotional materials without compensation.
I understand that certain activities may require an additional waiver to be signed on-site before participation.
