IMPORTANT Please note that submissions are to be made by Visual Art Teachers on behalf of the student. Parental consent is not required to make a submission; HOTA will follow up with the school to seek consent if the work is selected.

  Works will be hung in their submitted condition and should be delivered ready for hanging. Details of this will be specified for each artwork upon selection. At a minimum, wall mounted works should have D-hooks attached to the frame.

  All selected entrants must ensure that, at their own cost, their work is delivered to HOTA on Wednesday 16 August 2026 or Thursday 17 August 2026 between 8:00am and 10:00am or 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
- Artwork Collection
  
  Please note the artwork must be collected strictly on either Tuesday 2 February or Wednesday 3 February 2027 between 8:00am and 10:00am or 3:00pm and 5:00pm from Loading Dock 5, HOTA Gallery.
