  • Section 1 β€” Booking & Payment: A non-refundable booking deposit (as agreed) is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event. Payment accepted via bank transfer, card, or other agreed method. Section 2 β€” Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 90 days prior to the event: deposit forfeited. 30–90 days prior: 50% of the total fee is payable. Fewer than 30 days prior: full fee is payable. Cancellation by the photographer: full refund of all monies paid. Event insurance is strongly recommended. Section 3 β€” Delivery of Images: Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe (typically 4–6 weeks for full events). Images are supplied via an online gallery and/or USB drive as agreed. Section 4 β€” Copyright & Licence: All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer. The client is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to print and share the delivered images. Section 7 β€” Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
