2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR - Information must be completed by the parent/guardian. Please complete one vehicle per form-Thank you!
I hereby apply for motor vehicle parking privileges at KAMSC and agree to abide by the terms described below.
- I understand that when this vehicle is parked in the Community Education Center building parking lot, it will be parked in the student parking area (north end of the parking lot/north of Dutton St and not in the staff/restricted parking area (between the buildings)
- Students who are parked in any other area will be asked to move their vehicles immediately.
- I will report, to the KAMSC office, any change in vehicles that I drive to KAMSC.
