Each unit must have an entry form and parade entry number. Parade entry numbers are assigned and sent to the contact name on the entry form during the registration period the day of the parade.
The entry contact is responsible for informing all entry participants of the parade entry number, line-up location and pick-up areas.

All entrants involving vehicles must carry adequate insurance coverage and be driven by a competent, licensed driver.
Festival and parade organizers reserve the right to refuse any entry for any reason.
By order of the Culver Town Marshall - For safety, parade floats are NOT to stop at the end of the parade route. All floats need to continue back to the staging area (Culver Community Schools) to disembark.
