AMOUNTS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Exhibition Space rental payments shall be paid to Intersect Art + Design (vGMgt LLC) as follows:

50% of Total Booth Cost due upon Acceptance
Remaining Balance due on December 10, 2026

Invoices will be provided with payment instructions. Additional decorative elements and accessories may be ordered/paid through Intersect Art + Design's third party exhibitor services contractor (additional details, order forms and payment instructions to be provided in due course).

Exhibitor agrees that this Exhibitor Application, once signed and submitted by Exhibitor, becomes a binding contract upon acceptance and countersignature by vGMgt LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Intersect Art + Design ("IAD") regarding Exhibitor's participation in the art exposition(s) as selected in this Application above and approved in writing by IAD (the “Exhibition”).

Exhibitor has read and understands the attached Terms and Conditions, and the same acknowledges and understands that such Terms and Conditions are incorporated into this Exhibitor Application as material terms thereof, and upon acceptance by IAD, become binding and enforceable.
