Code of Conduct
For Athletes & Cheerleaders
Respect all coaches, teammates, officials, opponents, and spectators at all times.
Maintain good sportsmanship on and off the field, including during practices, games, and events.
Follow instructions from coaches and staff without argument or defiance.
Avoid inappropriate language, gestures, or behavior.
Attend practices and games on time and with the proper gear/uniform.
Report any injuries or concerns to a coach or adult immediately.
Refrain from bullying, harassment, or exclusion of any team members.
For Parents/Guardians
Support your child with positive encouragement, regardless of the outcome.
Respect the authority of coaches and officials; do not interfere with practices or games.
Refrain from coaching your child or other players during games unless you are an official coach.
Communicate respectfully with coaches about concerns at an appropriate time and setting.
Ensure your child arrives on time and is picked up promptly.
Support a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
For Coaches (if applicable)
Lead by example in demonstrating fair play and respect.
Create a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with players and parents.
Prioritize safety, development, and personal growth over winning.
Never engage in physical or verbal abuse, discrimination, or favoritism.
Consequences for Violations
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
Verbal warning
Suspension from practices or games
Removal from the team or program without refund
