Standard Service & Additional Services
All assignments include our Standard Process Service at $89.00, with an initial service attempt typically made within 3–5 business days of assignment acceptance. This includes documented service attempts, status updates, an Affidavit of Service, and USPS first-class mailing when applicable.
Clients may select additional services from the list below based on their specific needs. All selected add-ons are charged in addition to the $89.00 standard service fee.
Rush Service — +$70
Time-sensitive service with an initial attempt typically made within 24–36 hours of assignment acceptance. Follow-up attempts are prioritized daily when appropriate and feasible.
Priority Service — +$35
Faster service with an initial attempt typically made within 48 hours of receiving the assignment, followed by additional attempts approximately every 48 hours until completion or resolution.
Skip Tracing — +$75
Used to locate individuals when an address is unknown, outdated, or believed to be inaccurate.
Affidavit Notarization — +$20
The server will have the completed Affidavit of Service notarized after service is completed.
Physical Court Filing — +$60
In-person submission of eligible documents to the appropriate court. Court-imposed filing fees, if applicable, are additional.
NYSCEF Affidavit of Service Filing — +$15
Electronic filing of eligible affidavits of service through NYSCEF, where authorized and applicable. Filing confirmation is provided upon completion. Additional filing requests may incur separate fees.
Expedited Service (3 Attempts in One Day) — +$115
Urgent service offering up to three attempts in a single day, subject to scheduling availability and applicable service requirements. Same-day scheduling may be available, with next-business-day scheduling offered when necessary.
