SafeCheck® Food Safety Trainer Application Form

This application is required for all individuals applying to become certified instructors of the SafeCheck® Canadian Food Safety Certification Program. Completed application submissions will be reviewed and responded to within 2 business days. Please provide all requested information below.
Train-the-Trainer Program Fee: $349 CAD

Upon approval of your application, you will be invoiced and asked to choose a training date. Payment is required before enrollment in the program, which includes the 8-hour Train-the-Trainer webinar, an instructor certification card, and access to the digital training materials needed to teach the food safety class. If you do not have a current Food Safety / Handler certification, you will be enrolled in our online course for free.
