  • 2026 National Philanthropy Day Award Nomination Form
Help Us Celebrate Maryland's Philanthropic Leaders and Changemakers

    Nomination Deadline
    Friday, September 25, 2026

The AFP Maryland Chapter is proud to celebrate the people and organizations who inspire others, advance the fundraising profession, champion equity and inclusion, foster transformational partnerships, and create positive change in the communities they serve.

Award recipients will be recognized and awards will be presented at the AFP Maryland Chapter's 2026 National Philanthropy Day Celebration on Thursday, November 12, 2026.

Upon completion of your nomination, you will receive an email confirmation. All nominations will be reviewed by the AFP Nominations Committee and graded on a rubric. Final award recipients will be contacted by a member of the AFP Nominations Committee confirming their selection, and awardees will be announced in mid-October.

We welcome multiple nominations and encourage you to recognize as many outstanding individuals and organizations as you'd like. Because our nomination form only accepts one nominee at a time, you'll need to submit a separate form for each additional nominee.

Thank you for helping us recognize and celebrate the extraordinary individuals and organizations that make philanthropy thrive throughout Maryland.
