I agree that I am voluntarily entering Equine Voices inthe presence of horses and ranch equipment
I am aware that being around horses is a hazardousactivity which I am voluntarily participating in with theknowledge of the danger involved
(1) the propensity of the animal to behave in ways thatmay result in injury, harm, or death to persons on oraround them (the powerful and potentially dangerousand destructive ways in which these large animals canbehave)
(2) The unpredictability of the animal's reaction tosuch things as sounds, sudden movements, andunfamiliar objects, persons, or other animals
(3) Certain hazards such as surface and subsurfaceconditions
(4) Collisions with other animals or objects
(5) The potential of myself and others to act in anegligent manner that may contribute to injury tomyself or others
(6) Other unforeseeable accidents or events associatedwith or a result of horseback riding or being aroundhorses in general
In consideration of being permitted to attend theranch and to participate in the activities of the ranch, Iagree that I, my heirs, distributes, guardians, and legalrepresentatives will not sue, make a claim, attach theproperty of, or prosecute Equine Voices at Jumpin'Jack Ranch and/or Karen Pomroy, or any operator,agent, or volunteer of other participant for injury,death, or damage resulting from their negligence orother acts as a result of my attending the ranch andparticipating in the activity of the ranch
I understand the provisions of the Arizona EquineLiability Statute:ARS 12-553 are applicable to this waiver, and I amaware and understand the inherent risks associatedwith equine activities, and I am willing and able toaccept full responsibility for my own safety andwelfare and I so hereby release Equine Voices Rescue

Photo/Video Licensing Agreement:
Equine Voices grants to photographer/videographer, his or her heirs, legal representatives and agents, and assigns the right to take photographs or other reproduction of the horses and other animals, and other property found at Equine Voices Rescue & Sanctuary, Jumpin' Jack Ranch. Photographer/Videographer agrees that all photographs or other reproductions of the Sanctuary, its officers, employees, agents, or volunteers, or any of its horses or other animals may not be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever without the prior written permission of Equine Voices. Photographer also agrees that (a) if any photographs or other reproductions are sold or otherwise used for profit, Equine Voices shall receive 25% of the proceeds received or derived from said sale or profit and said proceeds shall be used for the continued care and training of Equine Voices horses and no other purpose; and (b) anything produced with the name "Equine Voices Rescue & Sanctuary," : Equine Voices," "Jumpin' Jack Ranch," "Gulliver," or any versions thereof on it, such as photographs, greeting cards, note pads, website information or the like must be approved by Equine Voices prior to publication, distribution, dissemination or public display of same.
