Submit a Nomination for the 2026 Places Reimagined Awards
The Places Reimagined Awards honor the people and partnerships that reimagine places, strengthen communities, and deepen our connections to the spaces that shape our lives.

We invite you to nominate a person, organization, program, project, or partnership whose work reflects Rethos’ mission to help people and communities connect with shared places and spaces through preservation, adaptation, or activation. Nominees do not need to be based in Minnesota; Rethos’ work currently reaches communities in Alabama, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Award recipients will be recognized at The Wrecking Ball, Rethos’ annual gala, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Landmark Center in downtown Saint Paul. We hope nominees and award recipients will plan to attend so we can celebrate their work with the Rethos community.

Please provide clear examples, specific outcomes, and supporting materials where possible. For project nominations, complete partner information and image credits are especially important so Rethos can accurately recognize the full team behind the work.

Before submitting, please review your nomination carefully. Rethos relies on the information provided in this form to prepare award materials, event slides, social media, press outreach, and partner recognition.

Preservation-Minded Real Estate
Realtor of the Year
Recognizes a real estate professional who demonstrates leadership in preservation-minded practice, promotes informed stewardship of the built environment, and reflects the values of Rethos’ Old Home Certified in their work with older and historic homes.
