• Orders should be placed at least 7 days before your selected pickup or delivery date whenever possible.

• Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee, depending on availability.

• Pickup and delivery details will be confirmed after your order is reviewed.

• Availability is limited, and order capacity can fill up quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date.

Information:
✨Banner Orders Timeline & Process✨

• After your form is submitted, I’ll review your request and create a custom digital mockup.

• Your mockup will be sent within 1–2 days for approval.

• You’re welcome to request revisions to ensure the design matches your vision.

• Once approved, your banner will be hand-painted and prepared for pickup or delivery.

✨Important Details✨

• Each banner is custom-designed and hand-painted specifically for your celebration. Because of the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.

• Hanging supplies are not included. For display, I recommend FrogTape poster strips, Loctite Fun-Tak putty, or Grommets (available upon request)
✨Treat Orders✨

• All treats are sold with a minimum order of 6.

• Quantities may be increased by the half dozen.

• Simple, non-themed treats may be accommodated with a shorter turnaround time.

• Specialty Cakesicle flavors include premium mix-ins and are exclusively presented in their signature flavor design.

•Dark Chocolate Dip is available for an additional $6 per dozen treats.
