Please read and agree to the following liability waiver before participating in the yoga class:
Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Release
I voluntarily choose to participate in yoga classes and related activities offered by Moksha Yoga at YORK Food and Drink. I understand that yoga and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to strains, sprains, falls, muscle or joint injuries, and other bodily injury. I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Moksha Yoga, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents, and YORK Food and Drink, its owners, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from claims for bodily injury, property damage, or other loss arising out of or related to my participation in Moksha Yoga classes or activities, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of a Released Party. This release does not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be waived. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition and limitations. I may decline, modify, or stop any activity at any time and should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any concerns about my ability to participate safely. This waiver applies to the class for which I am currently registering and to all Moksha Yoga classes and related activities in which I participate during the 12 months following the date of my signature.
