You MUST have AKC registration in owner/applicant name. WC now requires dogs to be registered in the country they are representing. ALL documents MUST be submitted electronically via this form. Selected teams must agree to shoulder the financial burden of participation. USMRA is not responsible for any financial responsibilities for team, but may allocate grants when funding is available.
