Stronger Together: Growing Your STEM Community
This workshop, hosted by Billerica Memorial High School, is designed for middle and high school educators looking to make the most of available resources to maximize existing school, industry, and peer resources in support of Science Fair. Participants will develop a roadmap for building a sustainable "culture of science fair" through curriculum integration, community partnerships, and student-led leadership. Tanya Chiarella has taught 8-12 Science (General, Environmental, Biology, Chemistry) at Billerica Memorial High School for 9 years. She has supported students through the science fair process since 2019, served as a volunteer at the regional and state level, and has chaperoned the MSEF ISEF delegation.
