With a 20-year career as a U.S. Navy veteran, a Master of Arts in Counseling, and experience as a Federal Fiduciary Field Examiner, my approach to travel planning is rooted in precision, empathy, and integrity. I have explored 47+ countries across six continents, and since founding TWR in 2021, I have dedicated myself to creating custom cultural immersion journeys across Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean.

TWR is an IATAN-accredited luxury boutique travel agency, and I am the sole point of contact for every client, ensuring a truly personalized experience from start to finish.

🚨 Travel Emergencies

Use the emergency line in your Pre-Departure Package for genuine in-travel emergencies only. Not for general questions.

📵 Social Media and DMs

Do not use social media or DMs for booking matters. All business through official channels only.

👤 One Point of Contact

One primary contact per booking. Groups must designate a single group lead.

📅 Scheduled Calls Only

All calls must be booked in advance via scheduling link. Unscheduled calls will be redirected to voicemail.

Important Terms of Working Together

● CONSULTATION FEE — A non-refundable planning and consultation fee is required to begin the custom design process. This fee is credited toward the design fee upon booking confirmation.

● DESIGN FEE — A design fee applies to all bookings covering itinerary design, supplier negotiations, booking management, pre-departure preparation, and in-travel support. Non-refundable once booking begins.

● CANCELLATION POLICY — Cancellation policies vary by supplier. TWR service fees are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.

● SUPPLIER CHANGES — TWR is not liable for supplier-initiated changes. I will notify you promptly and work to find the best available alternative.

● PASSPORT AND VISA RESPONSIBILITY — Client's sole responsibility to hold a valid passport 6 plus months beyond return date and all required visas and entry documentation.

● ACCURACY OF INFORMATION — Client responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, and health or dietary needs at time of booking.

● TRAVEL INSURANCE — Strongly recommended for every booking. Declining must be acknowledged in writing. TWR assumes no liability for uninsured events.

● PRICING AND CURRENCY — All prices subject to availability until deposit confirmed. International pricing may vary with exchange rates.

● CONFIDENTIALITY — All client information kept strictly confidential and used solely for travel planning purposes.

● RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE — TWR reserves the right to decline service to any client whose conduct is incompatible with a premium client relationship.

What Clients Ask Most

QWhy use a travel advisor instead of booking online?
I save you time, protect your money, and curate an experience no algorithm can. I bring firsthand knowledge, supplier access, counseling insight, and military logistical precision. Booking online gives you a transaction. Working with me gives you an experience and a fiduciary advocate in your corner.

QHow far in advance should I reach out?
At least 6 to 12 months for international luxury travel. 12 to 18 months for groups.

QWhat destinations does TWR specialize in?
Africa including safaris, Cape Town, Johannesburg, and the East African coast. Europe including cultural immersion and river and ocean cruises. And the Caribbean including island culture and boutique resorts. I have personally visited 47 plus countries.

QDo you charge a fee?
Yes. A non-refundable consultation fee begins the process and is credited toward the design fee upon booking confirmation. A design fee also applies. All fees disclosed upfront.

QCan you plan a group trip?
Absolutely, and I love it. Custom experiences for families, friend groups, corporate retreats, and celebrations. Please reach out at least 12 months in advance.

QWhat if something goes wrong?
I am available for genuine travel emergencies via the contact in your Pre-Departure Package. My military logistics background means contingencies are planned before you ever board a plane.

QWill I receive a detailed itinerary?
Yes always. A comprehensive Pre-Departure Package arrives 3 to 4 weeks before departure including your full itinerary, supplier confirmations, cultural notes, and emergency contacts.

QDo you only plan luxury travel?
TWR focuses on luxury and premium. Luxury is about quality, intentionality, and experience, not just price.

QHow is TWR different?
TWR is a one-person agency. You work directly with me, never an account manager or junior associate. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling, have military logistics expertise, and apply fiduciary standards. My clients return because the experience is unmatched and because they trust me completely.
