Why so many forms? Demystifying the High School SRC ProcessĀ
At this workshop, hosted by Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Newton, MA, high school teachers will learn about the structure and function of the Scientific Review Committee, best practices for assessing risk and navigating SRC paperwork, and helpful strategies for advising tricky project plans. Dr. Sarah Webster teaches introductory and AP biology and is the Director of independent research at Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart. She has served on the Region V and Statewide SRC for MSEF since 2022. She formerly oversaw a college research lab for undergraduates studying mechanosensation in Drosophila.
