TENANT APPLICATION FORM

The YWCA Halifax is a non-profit organization that works to build economic security, promote wellness, and create opportunities for all women, girls, Two Spirit and gender diverse people, and their families. The YWCA Halifax is currently opening a call for rental applications for YWCA owned townhouses located at Mount Hope Village in Dartmouth. These units will be available in accordance with the YWCA's mission and vision. Based on our Act of Incorporation this means that leases can only be in the name of women/gender diverse person and all others will be listed as occupants. Applicants will be assessed on a first come basis and only those that have successfully met the screening information on the following application will be contacted. Please do not call the organization inquiring about your application. We will use the timestamp receipt from this application as the date and time of submission and placement in the queue.

Please list applicant information and all the occupants who will be living in the unit other than yourself. Please include ages, genders, and add their phone number. We will not over house or under house a family, under the National Occupancy Standard
