GROOMART CLIENT AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking an appointment with GroomArt, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. I confirm that I am the legal owner or authorized guardian of the pet presented for grooming.
2. I certify that my pet is in suitable health for grooming and free of contagious conditions. I agree to disclose any medical, behavioral, or psychological conditions.
3. I understand that grooming involves inherent risks including minor cuts, skin irritation, stress, or behavioral reactions.
4. I release and hold harmless GroomArt, its owner, and staff from any liability related to injuries or conditions that may arise during or after grooming, especially in cases involving pre-existing or undisclosed conditions.
5. I acknowledge that aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the service.
6. I understand that severely matted coats may require shaving and may expose pre-existing skin conditions.
7. I agree to pay for services in full upon completion and accept any additional fees if applicable.
8. I agree to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
9. I understand GroomArt operates from a home-based studio without affecting service quality or professionalism.
10. I authorize GroomArt to act in the best interest of my pet’s health and comfort during the grooming process.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all GroomArt policies and terms.
