This form is only used to request a dance competition registration form.
- Submit one request per dance team.
- Only one registration form will be sent per team to the email provided. Please do not submit multiple requests for the same team.
- There is no limit on the number of teams allowed from a school or academy.

Competition Divisions & Prizes

Group A – Team Average Age 11.99 and under

1st Place: $2,000
2nd Place: $1,000
3rd Place: $500

Group B – Team Average Age 12 –14.99

1st Place: $2,500
2nd Place: $1,500
3rd Place: $800

Group C – Team Average Age 15+

1st Place: $3,000
2nd Place: $2,000
3rd Place: $1,000

- A team's spot is only secured after the full registration form has been completed and submitted.
- This request form will close on June 12, 2026. Registration forms will be emailed after this date. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder for emails.
